Red White and Blue is the color palette for today’s card. I like to find different ways to show a stamp set, something out of the ordinary. With that in mind I decided to make a Thank You card in Red, White and Blue for someone in public service.
So many people give up a great deal of their life to serve us and our country. Public officials as well as men and women in the service. Keep them in your prayers as they have difficult jobs.

Have you ever wondered if the Red, White and Blue stand for something. Found this interesting information about 10 Myths and facts about the American Flag, #4 tells you about the colors.

Each Sunday I create a card using one of my card sketches and share it with you. You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. Let your imagination run wild! You can see by the sketch and card I didn’t change a thing in today’s card. Well okay I did move the bow to the left.

I love our Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine. The platform has all the information you need which plates to use and what order. The dies and folders roll through the machine so easily. I have both the larger one and the mini. Most of the time the dies will fit through the mini. I often keep it on my desk as it takes up so little space and I can grab it and roll.

The scallop decoration was cut out using the machine along with the Brilliant Rainbow Dies. Stampin’ Up! has so many amazing stamp sets with coordinating dies. If you don’t already have a die cutting machine I would give it some serious thought. Can’t imagine my stamping life without it.
