The Brilliant Rainbow Dies Card was created along with the Best Year Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! for today’s Sunday Sketch. The fun pattern paper used is the Sunshine & Rainbows 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. The designer paper is one of the free Sale-A-Brations options.
Rainbows mean hope, good luck and promise to me. Often in the summer just as a rain storm is ending the sun will come out over the lake and the most incredible rainbow will stretch across the lake.
Each Sunday I create a card using one of my card sketches and share it with you. You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. I used the same layout as the card sketch. Change it up a bit and turn your sketch from portrait to landscape for a totally different look. Let your imagination run wild!
Brilliant Rainbow Dies Card
You can find all the measurements for this card on the sketch above. The card base is Stampin’ Up!’s Mango Melody Cardstock. The designer papers are from the Sunshine & Rainbow Paper. Adding a strip of Melon Mambo cardstock to give it an extra touch.
Cutting out the rainbow and clouds was a breeze using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Brilliant Rainbow Dies. This machine makes die cutting and embossing a breeze.
