Today we are celebrating our youngest Granddaughters Birthday she is turning 3 and her older brother who is turning 4. They are just 1 year and 12 days apart, they are a pair. She copies everything he does and she wants to be four like him. They are almost the same size and often mistaken for twins.
Here is a picture of the cakes she made them last year. Their mom (our daughter) is so creative, she taught me how to be creative! She is why I am a stamper, I bought the stamps for her and the next thing I knew we were stamping together. And then I thought I needed a discount so I joined and the next things friends wanted to stamp. The rest is history 20+ years later I am still stamping. I can't wait to see what cakes they have this year.
This is the card I am giving to Fallon, she loves cake! I know you are saying what kid doesn't. Her older sister has never liked cake so it was always brownies for her birthday. I would show you Liam's card but I haven't gotten it made yet as a press time today. I will snap some pictures and share later this month.
Today's card is part of my Sunday Sketch Series. You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. You can also turn the sketch so if it is a vertical sketch you might want to turn it to be horizontal. Let your imagination run wild!
The stamp set used for the card is "Piece of Cake". It has been on my shelf a bit and hasn't been used. Do you have stamp sets you haven't used yet? My goal this year is to use every stamp set at least twice. Who is next on your list for a Birthday Card?
The colors are Pretty Peacock, Flirty Flamingo, Pineapple Punch, Whisper White the designer paper is Dinoroar.
All Stampin’ Up!® products were used to create today's card.

Very pretty card! The next birthday card I make will be for a grandson (I’ve never met!). Hopefully, I can make it to the basement Wed. to get started on it. Thank you for sharing how you got started as a demonstrator. That’s interesting how we encourage our kids to do something and then we grow from there.
