Each month I stamp up ten cards to send out to the Top Ten in sales for the month. I try to make the card a bit more interesting with a fun fold or technique.
This is the card I sent out in February. Years ago (like 20) someone told me “don’t do for 1 what you can’t do for 100″. I thought to myself ” like I will ever have 100 on my team”.
I try to acknowledge each of my team members throughout the year in some way. Maybe helping them with a new recruit of their own, setting up a blog, wishing them a happy birthday or just sending out a random surprise gift in the mail.
Demonstrators join for so many different reasons, some to get a discount, some to earn some extra income and occasionally some to build a business of their own.
The reasons someone joins is not necessarily the same reason they stay. Like myself, I wanted a discount, and it wasn’t long before I realized I could make some nice mo1ney stamping all day. I decided that I wanted Stampin’ Up! to be my career and I have never been sorry.
Tom and I have taken many exotic trips to far away places, this summer it was to Thailand. All expenses paid for the two of us.
Alaska this coming July will be our 16th incentive trip with Stampin’ Up! and our third to Alaska. While I am 99% beach girl (not the body LOL, just the love of sand and sun), Alaska is indeed one of our favorite places we have traveled.
If you spend $100 or more each month on stamping supplies, you really should contact me to learn how you can get a 20% on your Stampin’ Up!
Less than 1% of all demonstrators earn the incentive trip each year.

Love the hot air balloon card. My daughter went on a balloon ride and would do it every day if she could.

We had the fortune to ride in one many years ago and it was AMAZING! If you ever get the chance take it. I am scared to death of heights so wasnt sure I could do it but it was great.
