I hope you aren't tired of seeing samples using the Stippled Blossoms stamp set that is soon to retire. It is my favorite stamp set and will stay on my private shelf to use in the future for personal use.
I love how this card turned out the base is
- Pear Pizzazz cardstock (5 1/2" x 11")
- With a Night of Navy Mat (3 3/4" x 5")
- The newsprint paper is called Typeset (3 1/2" x 4 3/4") and I stamped directly on it.
The Classic Ink colors I used are
- Pear Pizzazz
- Mossy Meadow
- Melon Mambo
- Marina Mist
- Night of Navy
The rose flower is two step stamping and the first layer I inked the stamp with Melon Mambo and then stamped it on a piece of scratch paper first then on the newsprint (this is called off stamping).
The ribbon is the Night of Navy Seam Binding with the Venetian Crochet Trim. The Crumb Cake tag is tied with the Linen Thread. The Linen Thread is a mainstay in my stamping supplies. I always keep an extra on hand as I do not want to run out!
You will want to stop back for sure tomorrow, I will be sharing a quick tip video showing you how to make some lovely background paper using the Stippled Blossoms and also how to two-step stamp!
