Each year I make special tags with Stampin' Up! paper crafting products and buy Christmas wrapping to go with it. The theme for this year's Founder's Circle was "Home for the Holidays". Many of our fun pillow gifts came trimmed with star tags and once I saw them I just new it had to be this years tag for our family.
The craft wrapping paper seemed the perfect fit for the tags.
I had them all staged and ready to take a picture, but before I could get around to it, the granddaughters had been under the tree seeing which packages are for them.
It all started with cutting out the "Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper" with the "Star Collection Framelits." I cut all sizes and colors and just started to put them together. The paper is a cardstock weight which was wonderful to work with for my tags. Here I have them all cut out and ready to go. I just placed a smaller star on top of a larger star with a dimensional.
Once the stars were assembled I placed some of them on tags I had created with the Tag Topper Punch. So easy just take a 2" x 4 1/4" piece of Whisper White Cardstock and punch the top. Some had Merry Christmas on the Tag and some I stamped Be Merry banners on.
They would not have been complete without adding the "Gold Basic Metal Buttons". They come 32 in a package 8 each of 4 designs and sizes and are just the perfect finishing touch.
The most amazing part is the Under the Tree Designer Paper is now on the Year End Closeout. And don't forget you can add items from the clearance rack with your regular order and visa versa.
