OMGosh it’s official, Tom and I will be taking our 13th all expense pad trip for 2 with Stampin’ Up! in May of 2015. I want to thank all of you amazing customers and downline who have helped make this trip a possibility! I truly have the most amazing team of demonstrators and customers.
The first incentive trip I earned was Hawaii and 2003, never did I dream I would get to go back 3 more times.
Less than 1% of all demonstrators earn the incentive trip each year.
The best part about a Stampin’ Up! trips is you stay in resorts or cabins that you would only dream about…
“life styles of the rich and famous”
For throw back Thursday I hope you will take a walk with me down memory lane…
Hawaii Cruise 2003
It was amazing we cruised from Honolulu, to the Big Island then down across the international date line to the Fanning Islands, then back up to Kaua’i to Maui and back to Honolulu.
Remember last week I told you about our “Crusing Buddies” will here are Kevin and Deb Valder we meet on our very first incentive trip and she has been there ever since to encourage, care and support me. Amazing friendships!
Hona Bay I am going to spend an entire day here — we just had a short time here in 2003.
The Big Island of Hawaii 2009
Stampin’ Up! Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island
There were 3 large hotels that are part of this resort, it was so far from the check in area to our hotel you could take a tram or a boat. Truly AMAZING! A little note, one of the great things about traveling with SU is you rarely have to touch your luggage once you check it in at the airport – it magically appears in your hotel room.
The rock was either Basic Black or these Whisper White ones. The black lava rock from the valcano’s and the white rock is washed smooth coral. Deb Valder and Me!
When we got married in 1975 we planned to go to Hawaii for our 5th anniversary – but you know how it goes, kids and no money – but happy.
Now we will be going for our 3rd time on our 40th wedding anniversary year, so cool.
Some years when I come home I have held a special Thank You Party. In 2009 I held a Hawaii theme part of course. Here are the make and takes we stamped.
These items are long retired, but hopefully the can inspire you to create something hand made today.
Thanks so much for indulging me as I remember back to these amazing trips.
You will have to stop back in May of 2015 to check out Hawaii again!
Oh, how great, Patsy! 🙂
