Children always look forward to snow and our granddaughters are no excpetion, however her in Minnesota we have now snow yet for the holidays. Our small lake is still mostly open with just some ice floating here and there. This morning it was exciting to watch to bald eagles sitting on the edge waiting for the perfect opportunity to do some fishing for their lunch. While we wait to be able to make our first snowman I am having fun making some with Rubberstamps, ink and paper.
This snoman is from the Snow Much Fun stamp set. I love bright bold colors and this season I am in love with Tempting Turquoise for Christmas.
I stamped the image with Stazon on Watercolor Paper and then used my Aquapainters and Watercolor Wonder Crayons to watercolor this card. I love to watercolor it is one of my favorite things to do when I create hand stamped cards.
The ornaments on the tree are Stampin' Up! Rhinestone Jewels colored with permanent Sharpie Markers. The coal on the snowman are our Pearl Jewels colored with Black Sharpie Markers. This makes your Jewels so much more versatile give it a try!
