Labor Day Weekend in Minnesota is the sign summer is coming to an end. I am always a little sad when I turn the calendar, and it says September. I love Summer and all it stands for warm weather, sunshine days at the lake. What was the most memorable thing you did this summer?
However in the Stampin' Up! world September means Holiday Catalog time. You can start ordering from the catalog September 5th. If you are a customer of mine and didn't get your catalog yet, please let me know. If you are "new" to me I will be happy to send you a catalog just contact me for details.
With fall just around the corner, we start to think about all the holidays coming up, Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and before we know it Christmas is here.
Sunday Sketch SS048
Today's card I am sharing a Halloween Card featuring the Labels to Love Stamp Set. When my kids were younger, they loved getting Halloween cards in the mail from relatives with treats in them. Do you have some little goblins you love that don't live near you? Bring some joy into their lives with a card filled with a treat; they will never forget it or you!
The little treat holder I made using Stampin' Up!'s #141699 Clear Tiny Treat Boxes. They are easy to miss along with some other fun packaging items.
My son's children love Corn Candy so they will be excited when I give them the little treat boxes this Halloween.
It is a little hard to see, but the Black Organdy Ribbon is filled with silver glitter so much fun and adds some great pop to your paper crafting project.
Labels of Love Stamp Set
What I love about this stamp set is it has a variety of holidays covered, Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, Birthday, Thanksgiving and more.
Sunday Sketches
Each Sunday I create a card using one of my card sketches. Sketches often help get my creativity fired up. Sketches are open to interpretation. You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. You can also turn the sketch so if it is a vertical sketch you might want to turn it to be horizontal. Let your imagination run wild!
All paper crafting supplies used for today's project are Stampin' Up!
