I hope you are enjoying Thanksgiving and all the family and fun that goes with it. Our daughter and her husband host Thanksgiving which is very nice, so we will be going to their home. Lots of good food and of course if we can squeeze in some card games too.
Thursday's is always my Just in CASE series.
CASEing is when you take a card and create a card exactly like it or similar. Last week's Just in CASE card was an exact CASE.
There is no shame in CASEing. It took many years of stamping before I felt confident and creative. In those early years, I CASED everything. All of my class projects came from ideas I had seen online.
I love showing how to CASE a card and yet have it look totally different, so it really is almost your own creation.
You have only used the other card as a template or sketch so to speak. Today I used the layout and colors to create the new card giving it an entirely different look, don't you think?
I have had so much fun playing with the Christmas Quilt Stamp Set this month and know I will find many ways to use it throughout the year.
Each Friday in my Weekly Newsletter I send out the complete instructions in a PDF Tutorial Free featuring the Just in CASE card. If you would like to receive the free PDF Tutorials be sure to subscribe to my newsletter.

Happy Thanksgiving, Patsy. Hope you have an enjoyable day with your daughter and family. Love the way you “case”d the birthday card and made it into a Christmas card. Fantastic idea. Thank you for sharing your time, talents, and imagination with us.
Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful……ours was! I love the card…….a color that you probably wouldn’t think of for a Holiday card….but is very attractive. Love it!
