Have you checked out the Garden Impressions 6" x 6" paper stack? Love the colors featured in this paper. It is the focal point of today's card. For the stamped images I used the Bouquet Blooms Stamp set and cut them out with the coordinating Gatefold Blossoms Framelits Dies.
Want to see a how the Gatefold dies work? Click here to see my link from last week showing this easy way to create a fun fold card.
You can click on any color above and see the array of Stampin' Up! products that come in that color.
I used Shaded Spruce to stamp the circle and Blueberry Bushel for the words and flowers. I colored the small flower in with my Daffodil Delight Dark Stampin' Blend. Even though the Blueberry Bushel and Daffodil Delight aren't listed as colors in the paper, you can see that they coordinate very well. Don't be afraid to experiment with colors.
Sunday Sketches
Each Sunday I create a card using one of my card sketches. Sketches often help get my creativity fired up. Sketches are open to interpretation. You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. You can also turn the sketch so if it is a vertical sketch you might want to turn it to be horizontal. Let your imagination run wild!
