January 4th was my 1st Bi-Annual Hostess Appreciation. It was the 10th Hostess Appreciation that I have held. This very special evening is when I can personally thank each hostess for their role in helping me achieve my goals and dreams as a Stampin'Up! demonstrator.
Before the event they received this hand stamped invitation.

Accessories: Scallop Punch, 1 1/4 circle punch 1 3/8 circle punch, Green Galore Brad
That evening they enjoyed being served a special dinner, make & takes, awards, prizes and a silent auction on my retired stamp sets.
This year I had many requests for the recipes to the items I made so here goes. I served this same meal at my 1st Hostess Appreciation.
Church Chicken Hot Dish
2 cups cooked rice
1 chicken boiled (then remove the meat)
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion grated
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 cup mayonnaise (DO NOT use miracle whip)
3/4 cup diced celery
2 hard cooked eggs chopped
crushed potato chips.
Dice Chicken and mix all except potato chips, put in greased glass casserole, let stand overnight in refrigerator. Before baking sprinkle chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
