I promised weeks ago to post some pictures of my Stampin' Room. When we built our home 9 years ago I pictured myself in this room – but ended up in the large family room in the basement. While it was a very nice room, I longed for lots of natural light and being part of the outdoors. The new stamp room has a large arch window that makes me feel like I am stamping outdoors. I still use the room downstairs for classes.
Yesterday i enjoyed stamping a Birthday card for our Granddaughter who turned 6. favorite stamp set is the Build a Bear Workshop "BearyBest Friends" stamp set so I knew she would love to get this card that I used the Bigz Bear die to make. I absolutely love stamping in my new room!

You would be surprise how much space these cabinets have. Since the room is just off our main entry it needs something that looked great, had lots of space and was convenient for stamping. As a stamper you know you how it is, you don't want to have to go far to get the next needed item. I can sit at my desk and everything is within hands reach.
The cutting table and stamp set holder is the coolest. I like to stand when I cut cardstock and I didn't want to have to bend, this is the perfect height for me (but remember I am only 5' 2"). With the new clear mount stamps coming in DVD cases can you imagine how many I will be able to get in the shelves someday soon (smiling).
Hey my stamping friend- your room looks amazing!
Thanks Joan – it is working out well and I am really enjoying it.
