It is a busy time of year one thing I look forward to fall and winter is having more time to stamp. While I get to stamp way more than the average person (since it is my job) over the summer I can get behind. Living in Minnesota you have to enjoy the nice days as much as you can because they do not last that long.
It has been the perfect summer!!! Temps in the mid to upper 80's and evenings cooling down to the 60's. We have only had a couple of severe thunderstorms with tornado's and it rarely has rained on the weekends. A perfect summer!
Today's card I made using the Stampin' Up! Schoolhouse Designer Series Paper. This package of patterned paper is full of bright colors and fun prints. The coordinating colors are some of my favorites Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Pacific Point, Pool Party and Tangerine Tango.
I love the fact that our 12 x 12 Designer Papers are double sided so you get 2 sheets of 6 double sided designs for a total of 12 different patterns.
Speaking of Schoolhouses our two oldest Granddaughters will start school Tuesday in their new town they moved to this spring. It is always a bit scary to move and make new friends but exciting t0o. Besides that – besides that they have a new baby brother due to arrive anyday.
Our youngest Granddaughter will start 1st grade and doesn't start till next week. She lives right next door to us – we are excited she is going to spend her last week before school during the day with us. Looking forward to some quality time together and maybe having fun stamping some Paper Pumpkin crafting kits.
I love having these stamping kits on hand for times just like this one. If you have children or grandchildren Paper Pumpkin is the perfect thing to have on hand for rainy days or just a day when you want to do a fun project.
My grandkids love projects and usually when they come they say "can we do a project grandma?" And I love that, it is just another opportunity for me to Stamp!

I am excitied once this craziness of new grand baby and back to school is over I have some exciting Stamping Video's I want to do for you with a some fun fold cards. What craziness do you have going on in the next few weeks?
